1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you ("User", "you") and Rojgar With Harsh ("we", "us", "our") for the use of our mobile-friendly web app and website at rojgarwithharsh.pages.dev (together, the "App").

By creating an account, signing in, buying a course or otherwise using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Cookie & Storage Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. What the App offers

• Free content such as weekly tests, PDF class notes and test series.
• Paid courses with recorded video classes, notes (PDF) and related material for competitive exams (Railway, SSC, Banking, state exams and others).
• Offline PDF downloads that open only inside the App.

We may add, change, pause or remove any feature, course or content at any time. Content shown as "free" can later become paid, and prices or offers can change without notice.

3. Eligibility and your account

• You must be able to form a legally binding contract under Indian law. If you are under 18, you may use the App only with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for your use and payments.
• You can sign in with Google or with email and password. You must give correct information (name, email) and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and device safe and for everything that happens under your account.
• One account, one phone at a time. Logging in on a new phone signs you out of the older one. Sharing your account with other people is not allowed.
• We may limit the number of accounts created from one phone or the number of wrong-password attempts to protect the App from misuse.

4. Paid courses, validity and payments

• Price. The price shown on the course page (in Indian Rupees) is the price you pay. It includes no hidden fee from us.
• How payment works. You pay through any UPI app (or by scanning the UPI QR) and then enter the 12-digit UTR / transaction reference number shown in your UPI app. Your payment is then checked by our team. The course unlocks only after the payment is verified and marked successful.
• Payment window. After you tap Buy Now you get a limited time to complete the payment. The UTR can be submitted within 7 days of the payment time, with a limited number of submissions per day. A UTR can be used only once.
• Genuine payments only. Submitting a fake, copied or someone else's UTR, a payment of a wrong amount, or any attempt to unlock a course without paying is fraud. We may reject it, suspend or delete the account without refund and take legal action.
• Validity. Each paid course is valid for the number of days shown on the course page, counted from the payment date. After that the course locks again and can be bought again at the then-current price. If no validity is shown, access continues for as long as the course is available in the App.
• Verification time. Verification is done manually, so it can take some time, especially at night or on holidays. Please do not pay twice for the same course.
• Failed or pending payments. If we cannot match a payment within 7 days it is shown as Failed. Please contact us with your payment proof. Refunds are explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Licence and content protection

When you buy or access a course, we give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to watch the videos and read the notes inside the App for your own exam preparation only.

You must not:

• copy, record (screen recording or camera), screenshot-and-share, download by any tool, re-upload, resell, rent, share, publish or distribute any video, PDF, test, text or other material of the App;
• share your login, or share course links, video IDs or PDF links with people who have not bought the course;
• try to bypass the lock, payment, validity, one-device or content-protection features, or reverse-engineer, scrape or interfere with the App, its servers or its security;
• upload anything harmful (virus, malicious code) or use bots, scripts or automated tools.

Breaking these rules can lead to immediate suspension or deletion of your account without refund, and to legal action under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

6. Intellectual property

All content in the App, including the name "Rojgar With Harsh", logo, videos, notes, tests, questions, text, design and software, belongs to us or to our content creators and licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws. Some videos are hosted on YouTube and some files on Google Drive; those services have their own terms. Nothing in these Terms gives you ownership of any content.

If you believe that something in the App infringes your rights, please write to rwh.contact.team@gmail.com with the details and we will look into it promptly.

7. Acceptable use and user conduct

• Use the App lawfully and respectfully. Do not abuse, threaten or harass our team or other users.
• Do not put wrong, misleading or someone else's personal details in your account.
• Do not use the App for any illegal activity or in any way that could harm us, other users or third parties.

We may suspend, restrict or delete an account that breaks these Terms. When an account is suspended or deleted by the admin, you are signed out and your access is blocked.

8. Third-party services and links

The App uses third-party services, for example Google (sign-in, database, YouTube, Google Drive, Google Sheets), Cloudflare (hosting and servers), Telegram (internal payment alerts to our team) and your UPI app and bank. We are not responsible for their availability, content or policies. Please see our Privacy Policy to know how they are involved.

Payments are made directly through the UPI system to our account. We do not store your UPI PIN, card or bank login details, and we will never ask for them.

9. Availability and changes

We try to keep the App running smoothly, but it is provided on an "as available" basis. It may be unavailable because of maintenance, internet or server problems, or events beyond our control. Videos, notes or tests may be updated, replaced or removed. We are not liable for any loss caused by such interruptions.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is for educational help only. We do not guarantee any exam result, selection, rank or job. Please read our Disclaimer.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the App and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid course is limited to the amount you actually paid for that course.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be limited by agreement.

11. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the App at any time and may ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We can suspend or end your access immediately if you break these Terms, misuse the App or if required by law. If the termination is for your breach, no refund is due. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as intellectual property, liability and governing law) will continue after termination.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version. If we make an important change we will try to inform you in the App. Using the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India with proper jurisdiction will have the right to decide any dispute that is not settled by talking to us first. We encourage you to contact us first so that we can try to solve any problem quickly and in a friendly way.
