We share data only with service providers who help us run the App, and only as needed:
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. Some of these providers may store data on servers outside India; they use their own security safeguards.
The App saves some data on your phone so that it works fast and offline: login/session, cached course list, notifications, local payment cards and downloaded PDFs (stored in encrypted form and readable only inside the App). Details are in our Cookie & Storage Policy. You can remove this data by signing out, deleting downloads or clearing the App's site data in your browser.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures: sign-in through Google Firebase Authentication, access rules on the database so that each user can read only their own records, encrypted local PDF storage, restricted admin access and secure (HTTPS) connections. No system is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your password and phone safe and tell us at once if you think your account is misused.
Subject to law, you can:
How to delete your account or data: email rwh.contact.team@gmail.com from your registered email address with the subject "Delete my account". We may ask you to confirm your identity first. Paid course access ends when the account is deleted and no refund is due unless our Refund Policy says so.
The App is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. Users under 18 should use the App only with a parent or guardian's consent. If you are a parent and believe your child has given us data without your consent, please contact us and we will delete it.
We send in-app notifications about payments, course access and important updates. We may also reply to you on email, WhatsApp or Telegram when you contact us. We do not send marketing SMS or calls without your consent.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. If a change is important, we will try to inform you in the App.
As required by Indian law, you can send privacy complaints or requests to our Grievance Officer:
We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and try to resolve it within 15 days.
